Terms and Conditions AIR-Panel

1.1 AIR-Panel is a service of AIR-Tools B.V., registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 93535716.

1.2 In these terms, "member" or "participant" means: any natural person who has registered for AIR-Panel.

1.3 "Services" means: participation in the panel, completing questionnaires and surveys, earning points and redeeming them.

1.4 Dutch law applies to this agreement.

2.1 These terms apply to all use of air-panel.com and all services offered through this platform.

2.2 AIR-Panel is a consumer panel in which you can participate free of charge. As a participant, you have no obligations except as set out in these terms.

2.3 AIR-Panel reserves the right to refuse, restrict or terminate access to the services at any time and for any reason.

3.1 Participation in AIR-Panel is open to persons aged 16 and over.

3.2 Only one account per person is permitted. Membership is strictly personal and non-transferable.

3.3 When registering, you must provide truthful information. Changes to your personal data must be reported promptly.

3.4 You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Using personal identification numbers or bank details as a password is strongly discouraged.

3.5 Ensure that the email address provided remains accessible. If your email address becomes unreachable, you will not be able to receive invitations.

3.6 When multiple accounts within a household are detected, they will be reviewed. Accounts that do not comply with the terms may be blocked.

4.1 By registering, you consent to receiving survey invitations via email. You can adjust your communication preferences in your account settings.

4.2 Invitations are tailored to your profile data to increase relevance.

4.3 You can only earn points for surveys you have been invited to and have fully completed. Participation in surveys without an invitation does not earn points.

4.4 The number of points to be earned is stated in the invitation. Points are not awarded if you do not belong to the target group or do not fully complete the survey.

4.5 Earned points are usually credited to your account within two weeks of completion.

5.1 At AIR-Panel, you collect points that you can redeem for money. The value is 100,000 points per €10.00.

5.2 A payout is possible with a minimum balance of 100,000 points (€10.00). Payouts are made exclusively in multiples of 100,000 points.

5.3 Payouts are processed within 5 working days of request to the bank account registered in your account.

5.4 Only one bank account may be used per AIR-Panel account. Using the same bank account for multiple accounts may result in blocking of all involved accounts.

5.5 Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash outside the payout system.

5.6 Points of members who have been inactive for more than twelve months may expire.

5.7 Income via AIR-Panel may be considered taxable income. You are responsible for correct reporting to the tax authorities.

6.1 AIR-Panel may organize prize competitions and special promotions. No rights can be derived from the organization of such promotions.

6.2 Prizes are only paid out to participants who meet the promotional conditions, to the address or account registered in the account.

6.3 For promotions by AIR-Panel partners, the terms of the relevant partner apply. AIR-Panel is not liable for the execution of partner promotions.

7.1 AIR-Panel services are intended for personal, non-commercial use.

7.2 AIR-Panel strives for reliable and secure service delivery but makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

7.3 AIR-Panel may temporarily interrupt service delivery for maintenance or adjustments, without this giving rise to compensation.

7.4 AIR-Panel reserves the right to modify or terminate the services at any time.

8.1 You are fully responsible for all content you share via AIR-Panel, such as reviews or experiences.

8.2 By sharing content, you grant AIR-Panel an unlimited right to use, edit and distribute it, without compensation.

8.3 AIR-Panel may remove or edit user content that violates these terms, infringes intellectual property rights, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.

9.1 It is not permitted to:

• Use automated tools to collect data or manipulate surveys
• Disrupt the operation of the platform
• Spread viruses or other harmful code
• Send unsolicited messages or advertisements
• Create multiple accounts
• Falsify your identity
• Act fraudulently, including rushing through or dishonestly completing questionnaires
• Post unlawful or offensive content

9.2 Violation of these provisions may result in immediate termination of your membership and forfeiture of accumulated points.

10.1 You may terminate your membership at any time via the account settings on the website.

10.2 Upon termination, all accumulated points that have not been paid out will be forfeited.

10.3 AIR-Panel may terminate your membership with immediate effect in case of fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms. In that case, all points are forfeited and the account is closed.

11.1 Participation in AIR-Panel is at your own risk.

11.2 AIR-Panel is not liable for damage resulting from the use of services, technical failures, loss of data, or information from third parties.

11.3 AIR-Panel is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11.4 Any claims must be submitted within one year of the dispute arising.

12.1 AIR-Panel respects your privacy. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy, available at air-panel.com/privacy.

12.2 You have the right to view, modify and delete your data.

12.3 By participating in AIR-Panel, you agree to the privacy policy.

13.1 AIR-Panel may amend these terms at any time.

13.2 Amended terms take effect as soon as they are published on the website.

13.3 By continuing to use the services after amendment, you agree to the amended terms.

14.1 These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AIR-Panel.

14.2 If any provision is declared invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.

14.3 You may not transfer your rights and obligations without written permission from AIR-Panel.

14.4 These terms are drafted in Dutch. In case of translations, the Dutch text prevails.

14.5 Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
